Web sales expected to be higher than in store
Online consumers will be spending more online than in store this holiday season. Accenture says that 59% of these consumers will buy more online and skip the in store chaos. Online shopping offers a multitude of incentives that consumers are looking for including free shipping, better deals, as well as the fact that you can avoid the craziness of the crowds and the long lines in the store. The method of online shopping will also change to a more mobile-centric system, including tablets as well.
