It's no coincidence how many of the laws of business intersect with the laws of e-commerce. Appearance is crucial in getting your customers to visit either your brick-and-mortar store or your e-commerce site. The nicer your store, the more customers you'll generate, whether on Main Street or in cyberspace. But appearance isn't everything.
