On The Road. Again.

It may sound like a marketing pitch, but Solid Cactus really is "your partner in success." Each member of our team takes each client relationship seriously. The better we understand your businesses, the better partners we can be. I try to do my part; I regularly take time to pile on the frequent flyer miles and travel around the United States visiting our clients. I want to learn about our clients businesses, and see what else we can do in our work to help them become more successful.

So far, members of our management team and I have visited over 20 of our clients this year. Getting out of the office, seeing our clients in their business settings, and actually meeting the people we speak with and email regularly is part of what makes Solid Cactus unique. Let's face it, without you, we wouldn't be here!

In September, John Fallon and I hopped on a 737 and headed out to Freeburg, IL to meet Joe Tantillo and the gang at GreekGear.com. We spent a few days learning about their business, meeting their employees and eventually checking out the great Italian restaurants the city had to offer (all work and no food makes Joe a hungry boy...). We even had enough time to take a train to the top of the St. Louis Arch - a whopping 665 feet off the ground. Who said these trips have to be all business?

I know some of you have been clients of ours for years and we have yet to meet in person. In fact, some of the folks here at Solid Cactus have even asked if they can go and visit some of our clients. So here's the deal... since I love to travel, I would be delighted to put you on the list of places to visit next time I'm passing through. If you'd like to be added to that list, drop me a note at: http://www.solidcactus.com/visitme.html- if you have a great Italian joint nearby, mention that too. Who knows? It may get you moved up to the top of the list!

Hope to see you soon!

Joe Palko

P.S. Thanks to Joe Tantillo, Trina Miller, Denise Kellermann, Trish Livers and Betty Adamson for their hospitality during our recent visit.
