Get a (Sort of) FREE Solid Cactus Site Review
posted on: July 17, 2006
For the next month Solid Cactus is offering a written website evaluation, a look at your web site inside and out. I know, I’m the sales guy and this is a sales pitch. But I’ve been lucky at Solid Cactus; I’ve never had to “sell” a single thing that didn’t help the client who bought it and this is no exception.
We’re offering a full web site review, a $500 process for $250 and for this month only the entire $250 will be discounted from any future development you undertake with Solid Cactus. Act on the offer and you get it all back. Or, do yourself and your business a favor and get a bargain price on a stem to stern examination of your web site.
It’s also a service every e-commerce site should have periodically. By the way, we’re offering this site review price to our newsletter subscribers first. If you’re a reader, this could be a good find. Give us a call to get started
Is a Site Review for You?
If you haven’t had a web site review in more than a few years, you should. Is your site shopper friendly? Is your site easy for search engines to find, are you getting the most from your use of key words and phrases? Is your code up to modern web standards? Have you had work done on the site by people other than the original designer? You should have everything from the look to the code examined.
The Solid Cactus Site Review
We take our site reviews very seriously. We ask simple questions and then examine every detail for the answers. We examine everything about your business.
- Aesthetics. Sites need to look new and fresh and friendly. The home page must answer the question: Does it make me want to shop before I even see the products?
- Branding. Does the site register with the buyers? Is it cutting through the clutter to establish itself? Do they remember to come back?
- Conversions. To turn shoppers into customers, the shopping experience should be intuitive, navigation easy and not confusing.
- Search engines. If they don’t find you, customers won’t either. Do you have enough content – the right content?
- Code. Technology never sleeps and neither do web standards. How long ago was your store programmed? Things may have changed since.
Your Road Map
You’ll get the best we’ve got. Dean Hess will do the review focusing on conversion, while John Fallon will concentrate on traffic. These guys are two of the best in the business. Solid Cactus will do a thorough review and summarize our findings in a written document. That document will be a road map to improve your site. Now, obviously we’d love to do the work, but the document is worth far more than the $250 we’re charging no matter who does the work for you.
What We Want
We want you to read this article. If you’re due for a tune-up or more, think seriously about this, it’s a great deal. Also, write and tell us your biggest problem – traffic or conversions. We’ll focus on the big issue but cover everything regardless. We know you’re reading…!
