Northeast Pennsylvania, Silicon Valley East?

Solid Cactus co-founder and president, Scott Sanfilippo, took some real estate in the March 2007 edtion of Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal.
It has become common knowledge that large computer companies are located in the western US, and the eastern part of the country is mainly Railroads and coal mines. In his article, In my opinion, NEPA could be Silicon Valley East, Sanfilippo explains not only how the idea of Solid Cactus came to be and how the company got to where it is, but also some of the struggles it faces due to being a pioneer in it's area.
