Jenn Sliwinski, SaaS
Jenn Sliwinski has worked long hours in July to ensure clients could move forward with Cactus On Demand. She has spent countless hours on the phone, via email monitoring issues and questions.  Without Jenn in July, COD would not have been so successful.  Though the whole month was a team effort by all of SaaS, Jenn was the voice of the product, the ears and personality that kept clients focused on the big picture.

Mark Sanfilippo - Administration
Mark Sanfilippo has taken ownership of making the Solid Cactus Technology Center a great environment to work in from day one.  He’s always friendly and helpful to everyone in the building and is very appreciated by all of Solid Cactus.

Jake Swartwood – Store Development
Jake Swartwood has worked to assist other departments in their programming needs while still maintaining good service to our customers with his store development responsibilities.  Jake treats every department he assists as a customer and he always goes the extra mile to create solutions for a customer that will make their daily life easier.

Lisa Kramer – Sales
Lisa Kramer is instrumental in ensuring data fidelity in all CRM systems as well as helping the Solutions Advisors with their needs.  Additionally she does a phenomenal job of processing in a timely and efficient manner on a daily basis.

Seth Hicks  - Corporate Marketing
Seth Hicks has been working hard to meet all the design needs of the Corporate Marketing department which isn’t easy due to all of the products and services Solid Cactus has available to promote.  He has worked very hard to meet tight deadlines without letting quality suffer and is a valuable asset to our company and the Corporate Marketing department.

Michelle Johnson - Internet Marketing
As an Email Marketing Manager Michelle Johnson has gone above and beyond to ensure clients are utilizing email marketing lists to their fullest ability. She has also helped Solid Cactus transform Email Marketing into a vital component of the Internet Marketing catalogue. Because of Michelle’s dedication to providing a quality product, and top notch customer service, she was chosen at the Internet Marketing Department Employee of the Month.

Beth Hartman – Account Management
Beth Hartman has quickly risen to the top of the list of Solid Cactus Account Managers.  Her commitment and understanding of her client’s projects make Beth an Account Manager that anyone would be honored to work with.  In addition, Beth’s contributions to the department are unparalleled.  Beth consistently proves that through hard work and dedication there are no limits.  Congratulations Beth on raising the bar for the E-Commerce Consultant Team.
