Cable cars.  Hippies.  An island with a prision.  A really big bridge.  And LOTS of e-commece folks!

Hello from San Francisco!  Myself and Jessica Lisowski flew across the country to represent Solid Cactus at Online Market World.  Today is day two of a really well put together convention.  There are some awesome sessions for people to attend.  We’ve met everyone from young entreprenuers to an 80-year-old woman who said, “I am taking computer classes at City College and I came here to learn more.”

As exhibitors, Jess and I have been stationed in the exhibit hall.  Our booth has been busy, non-stop.  It’s really exciting to talk about Solid Cactus and all the great things we can do to help build, manage and promote e-commerce businesses.  Our squishy cacti, as usual, are a huge hit, too.  We’ve also ran into some of Solid Cactus’ partners, which has been really cool.  We are also media sponsors of Online Market World with the eBiz Insider.  Folks are grabbing them like crazy!

We did have time for a little fun to see some of San Francisco while out West, too.  As someone extremely interested in the 60s, I convinced Jess to trek to Haight-Ashbury and later to the Beatnick Museum, which was, well I guess I should dig out an adjective for the era and say, groovy.  We enjoyed some great Sushi and tonight, we’re going to be very touristy and cruise the Bay and see Alcatraz, Fisherman’s Wharf and other Bay Area things.

Alrighty- we’re still adjusting to the time difference.  So as our fellow Cacti are back home eating lunch at Saguaro’s, we’re going to grab some coffee and head to the hall for Day 2 of Online Market World!
