Lindsey Ranaldo – Web Developer, Store Programming Group

Over the past three weeks Lindsey Ranaldo has averaged about 50 hours a week get her latest project up and running. Lindsey was chosen as employee of the month for her dedication and effort. Lindsey altered her schedule from 8 until whenever, and also came in on numerous weekends just to help launch the site. This project had a deadline that was not missed thanks to Lindsey’s extra effort.

Warren Gunderman – Support Engineer, Client Services & Support Team

Warren Gunderman has been helping out tremendously with Feed Perfect integration and he’s taking the new QA process above and beyond. He’s been a regular at our test PC’s and really pulling through with the new QA procedure. Also, beyond just notifying programming of errors, he’s been verifying resolutions with the programming department and making changes on his own to improve his knowledge and provide his client’s with better service.

Patty Martin – E-Commerce Consultant, Account Management

Patty Martin brings professionalism and dedication to her position as E-Commerce Consultant at Solid Cactus. Patty has been with Solid Cactus for less than a full year, however her commitment has already distinguished Patty as one of the strongest Account Managers within Solid Cactus. Patty started off quickly having a background in E-Commerce and hasn’t turned back. Thank you Patty for your dedication to the team and to Solid Cactus. Great Job!

Joe Pace – Software Engineer, SaaS

Joe Pace joined SaaS almost 4 months ago. He quickly became a key contributor to our Cactus On Demand project. Joe was selected as employee of the month for July. Just after launching Cactus On Demand, Joe stepped up to fill in for other projects. His positive attitude, extraordinary work ethic, and team attitude helped carry us through the first few weeks of July.

Leigh McGlynn, Search Engine Marketing & Feed Perfect Manager

Leigh McGlynn was chosen as Employee of the month for Internet Marketing due to her extraordinary dedication to making Feed Perfect management a true reality for her clients. Leigh has stepped up at every possible level to make FP integration, set up & management of her client’s CSE’s the most profitable and effective possible. All, while also maintaining active management of several top PPC clients. Leigh has made FP management a reality for our clients while also teaching her fell SEM managers the power of CSE’s on both the bottom line and from an ROAS perspective.

Cathy Kolcun, Business Manager, Finance

Cathy Kolcun worked until 1:15 AM in the morning working on June’s billing. At the beginning of the year, Cathy and HR took on the task of transitioning over to a new payroll system. Needless to say, there was a lot of work in this transition. You would never know how much work was involved as the transition was seamless and flawless. Cathy always arrives early for work and stays late without any member of management asking her to do so. For the extra effort of going above and beyond, Cathy Kolcun is recognized as the Finance Department’s Employee of the Month.

Jeff Sipler, Solutions Advisor

Jeff Sipler consistently uses his knowledge and experience to provide clients with valuable solutions to help their business grow. He goes above and beyond to educate and follow-up with clients offering them real solutions to their very real needs. Jeff has earned the employee of the month award for our group by demonstrating what it means to be a “Solutions Advisor”.
