I am pleased to announce the Team Members of the Month for March 2009. For their efforts, they are given a reserved parking spot, $25 in Saguaro’s Bucks, their picture on the “Wall of Fame” and the admiration of their fellow co-workers. So, without further ado…..

Donna Talarico, Account Management

Mike Collins, Project Management

Robin Bagot, SaaS

Mandy Boyle, Internet Marketing

Laurie Richmond, Business Office

“One day I walked into the business office and I saw Laurie with stacks and stacks of paper that she was feeding into the document scanner. It’s all part of our efforts to go to a paperless office and Laurie has been running the scanner non-stop for quite a while now. The phone bill alone is several hundred pages and to have the patience to do all this on top of her other duties in the business office is deserving of such accolades.” - Scott Sanfilippo, President & COO



Suzanne Butchko, Call Center Services

“Suzanne is the hardest working member of my team. She takes calls for ALL queues and does Live Chat. Most nights, when she is taking her Live Chat shift, she handles calls at the same time and is able to handle both well. She will also assist other Live Chat reps by taking chats for clients that they may not be trained on yet. She is here before the start of her shift most days and will often volunteer to start her shift as soon as she arrives if needed. Suzanne is always willing to stay and assist beyond the end of her designated shift as well.

Since moving to my team, Suzanne has improved her average hold time by over 30 seconds since January. Currently taking calls on all queues including complicated clients Suzanne still maintains an average Call Handle Time of 5:35. Her monitoring score average for the year is an outstanding 96%!

Suzanne is always willing to help a newer rep with a quick question or issue when called upon and any new knowledge gained by interacting with clients on an issue is always shared with her supervisor or trainers so everyone can share in this knowledge.
