Solid Cactus Adds Four Team Members

Solid Cactus Inc., a leading website developer, announces the addition of four new employees in the Wilkes-Barre, PA office.

Chris Harman joins the company as an RTML Developer and will be responsible for programming client sites for use on the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions platform. Prior to joining Solid Cactus he was employed as a technical support specialist and a project manager for a leading Internet company.

Jenn Sliwinski joins Solid Cactus as a Training & Support Specialist and will be providing training and technical support for clients using the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions e-commerce platform and the Solid Cactus CRM and order management system, Cactus Complete Commerce. Prior to joining Solid Cactus, Jennifer was a customer service representative for Neeps, Inc. and also worked in the Internet department of a local news organization.

Michelle Pushefski joins the Solid Cactus as a Sales Engineer who will work with the company’s sales team to research client needs, prepare quotes and proposals and provide sales support. Prior to joining Solid Cactus, Michelle was a Web & Database Administrator for a local broadcasting company.

Tom Williams joins the company’s sales department as a Solutions Advisor. In this capacity, he is responsible for working with clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies looking to start an e-commerce business or grow their existing one. His main role is to learn about the client’s business, analyze their needs, and propose a solution that best fits their budget and their objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Tom owned his own Internet marketing firm and was a professional extreme skier.
