Solid Cactus Call Center Celebrates! Holiday Dinner Party

As the song goes, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year…” While this is most certainly true, it is also the busiest season for our team of sales and customer care professionals here at Solid Cactus Call Center Solutions. You can imagine our delight when we learned there was to be a special holiday dinner party - catered for us - right here at Call Center headquarters! Agents and management teams took turns at their stations, making sure all shoppers calls were promptly answered, and everyone eventually had the chance to sit down, laugh and enjoy the fabulous holiday spread.

Much thanks and appreciation goes out to Scott Sanfilippo, Joe Palko and the entire Solid Cactus Management Team for hosting this wonderful holiday event.
