Solid Cactus, Inc. Receives Investment from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeast Pennsylvania

The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP) board approved a $100,000.00 investment in Wilkes-Barre, PA based Solid Cactus, Inc.  BFTP is a state-funded economic development organization that links early-stage companies and established manufacturers with experts, universities, funding, and other resources to help them prosper through innovation.

The investment will be used to complete development of "Feed Perfect," a Solid Cactus software application which will allow e-commerce stores to operate more profitably by allowing analysis of specific product inquiries versus actual sales.  Use of the software will allow Solid Cactus’s clients to determine overall cost associated with selling their product through shopping portals and comparison engines over the Internet.

Solid Cactus has established itself as the key developer of Yahoo! Merchant Solutions stores, having attained top market share in this niche.  This investment will allow Solid Cactus to further diversify its product and service offerings to its clients.

The Solid Cactus investment was one of five investments with Pennsylvania companies totaling $477,500.00.
