December 8, 2006 (Wilkes-Barre, PA) Solid Cactus, Inc., today announced the appointment of Justin Rattigan as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

In this position, Mr. Rattigan will be responsible for the overall operation of the company and its individual departments and sales units.

“I suppose you could say the torch has passed at Solid Cactus,” said co-founder and company spokesman Scott Sanfilippo. “This is another reflection of our company growth and our need to find the right people to fuel that growth. Justin has more than demonstrated his abilities here, and we turn day to day operations over to him with great confidence. Co-founder Joe Palko and I won’t be disappearing though. We will continue to concentrate on the company’s overall business development. Joe will remain active in developing strategic partnerships with other companies in our industry while I will stay on in my role as company spokesman.”

Mr. Rattigan has years of experience in Internet programming and design having formed his own web design company, TurnAhead.com, while still in college. In 2004, Solid Cactus acquired TurnAhead.com and named Mr. Rattigan vice president. Since that time Mr. Rattigan has developed multiple strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors and increased customer satisfaction and retention by implementing CRM policies and procedures within the sales and project management groups.

Mr. Rattigan attended Binghamton University and currently resides in Bear Creek, PA.
