The Cactus Grows

The Solid Cactus family continues to grow with three new people. Bryan Banks and Brian Emershaw are e-Commerce Consultants and Michael Shales is our newest Solutions Advisor.

Bryan Banks spent 15 years in management, customer service and sales in service related industries. Brian Emershaw spent ten years in graphic design. He built a hand coded resource web site for musicians that grew to over 1,000 pages in length with thousands of unique visitors a day.

As e-Commerce Consultants, Bryan and Brian will be direct contact for clients with projects in development. Their role is to ride each project to its end, providing continuous client updates concerning work status. They’ll make design and programming recommendations and ensure Solid Cactus clients are 100% satisfied.

Michael Shales has years in the financial and technological sectors. Mike started at an insurance agency while in high school, and later taught corporations how to use computer business systems.

His role as a Solutions Advisor makes him responsible to clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies who are either looking to start an e-commerce business or grow their existing one. He will listen and learn about the client’s business, analyze their needs and propose solutions that best fit their budgets and objectives.

At Solid Cactus, we grow carefully. We know the larger you get, the easier it is to lose sight of what made you good in the first place, client service. We looked long and hard before we found Bryan and Brian and Mike.
