General Counsel Jonathan Tenenbaum knew Solid Cactus was more than just another client from the start. “I represented them on behalf of my former law firm,” says Jon. “I noticed right away they had a certain vibe. They were taking big steps and making big plans. I saw their potential and immediately I took the opportunity to come on board.”
As Solid Cactus General Counsel, Jon’s duties include responsibility for legal issues such as contracts, agreements and client dealings. But Jon has developed an important new service, Protected by Cactus. This is a suite of intellectual property protection services including copyrights and trademarks filing, digital watermarking of images and a watchdog service that monitors and reports the misuse of your unique content on other websites. “I’ve always been fascinated by this area of the law,” says Jon. “How e-commerce operators protect their intellectual properties. Solid Cactus is at the forefront with a service like this.”
Jonathan Tenenbaum came to Solid Cactus by way of Villanova, Brooklyn Law School and private practice. He says he’s never looked back. “At Solid Cactus everyone works hard. But while they take their work seriously, people here care about each other. Solid Cactus was named #21 of the best places to work in Pennsylvania, a state with over 200,000 businesses. That’s not lip service. These are good people and this is a great place to work. I’m very glad to be involved.”
